Based on the idea that sex sells, advertising has rooted one of its most profitable selling techniques on the objectification of women; sexualized advertising seems to be one of those historical ideas that will never disappear within Western culture. I decided I wanted to spread awareness about such issue. My podcast is composed by three segments: an interview with Professor Travis Bell, a review of documentary Killing Us Softly 4, and an editorial where I express my thought and concerns about Victoria’s Secret advertising related to the topic.
